Our process starts with a series of consultations. We want to get to know you and your goals for this tattoo. What are some ideas you have, if any? What styles of tattoos are you drawn to? Where are you envisioning the tattoo’s placement? What are the do’s and don’ts of tattoos and why? We’ll be real with you and provide honest and experienced feedback as to why some things work while others don’t. As we get more specific, I can narrow down the right artist for you.
Once we have an idea of where and what you’d like to see in a tattoo, I’ll present artists that align with your goals. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to select your artist and our team will work with them to book your appointment.
No matter where you are in your journey, we are here to provide support however you need. You’ll receive an aftercare guide that walks through proper tattoo care. Additionally, we offer the option for us to join you on your tattoo day and ensure everything goes smoothly.
At times, the tattoo industry can be frustrating and difficult to navigate. I created Not Sorry as a way to bridge the gap between artists and their clients. I’ve had the honor of working with friends and family members to bring order and clarity to what’s often considered a fairly intimidating and nerve-wracking process. I’m always getting questions on the how, why, where, when, and who of tattoos, which led me to realize that the tattoo process deserves a guide from start to finish.
For some, getting a tattoo is an incredibly important moment. While it’s not a must that every piece hold significant meaning, it’s certainly special when they do. Whether it’s remembering someone you hold close, paying tribute to your roots, celebrating a tremendous feat, or engraving the prose that helped you through your most difficult season, tattoos tell powerful stories. They are a way to connect with others while also helping us stand out as individuals.
I have so much respect and appreciation for what tattoos mean to different people, and it brings me great joy to play a part in your journey.
